150部限定、レア物件が初再発!!80年代からMerzbowのメンバーとして活動し多くの名作に参加、その後89年からソロ活動を展開した水谷聖氏。オリジナルは1990年に自身主催のUlcer Houseより発表した、セルフプロデュースのカセット音源[Actual Infinity ​/ ​2 Variations]がCDフォーマットにて初再発。断続的に放射されるソリッドな雑音が非常にクール、その背後では流麗なシンセが浮遊し不思議なアンビエンスを創出。オリジナルとは異なるMonji Yaginuma氏のアートワークを使用。
