凄い発掘音源が登場！！INA-GRMより発表した初期LPは電子音楽の名盤として知られ、近年は超ナイトメアなコンクレート & コラージュの制作なども行っている衰え知らずの作家Michel Chion。なんと1st LP [Requiem]以前の70〜71年の未発表音源がリリース。とにかく不穏過ぎる内容に只々絶句してしまう激激高内容！！マスト！！

このたびブロッコリ・レーベルは、具体音楽（ミュージック・コンクレート）の著名な作曲家であるミッシェル・シオンの初期７作品のリリースをお知らせいたします。これらは、1971年の彼の実験音楽グープ(Groupe de Recherches Musicales)参加以前のもので、彼の特徴的なスタイルや音がすでにあることがわかります。作品には、不快な電子音や高潔さを表したBlanche(これは後々のRequiemを予期させるものです)、プリペアド・ピアノでの即興によるSonatineとTrain de pianos、ダンス音楽であるHabanera とL’Oiseau en Cage、作曲者最初のメロドラマであるLa Ciel Trembleが含まれています。

Brocoli is pleased to announce the release of seven early works by Michel Chion, the celebrated musique concrète composer. Composed before he joined the Groupe de Recherches Musicales (GRM) in 1971 his characteristic style and sounds are already present. The abrasive electronics and sanctity in Blanche prefigure 1973’s Requiem ; Sonatine and Train de pianos are based on prepared piano improvisations; Habanera and L’Oiseau en Cage evoke La Ronde, and Le Ciel Tremble is the composer’s first melodrama.

Essential listening for lovers of the composer and genre, and for anyone interested in the history of electronic and experimental music.
