ポストプロダクションはAndrew Chalk！！2019年リリースながら流通が遅れに遅れていた音源が漸く登場！！非常に美しいパッケージデザイン！！Art into Lifeレーベルからは初期音源のボックスセットをリリースしているデンマークのコラージュ作家にして音楽家のOjeRum。ドイツAOsmosisよりCD & カセットフォーマットにて発表された47分1曲の大作[An Image Of A Bird Seconds Before It Appears]。2017年発表の音源[When Birds Fly, The Eyes Of Heaven Can Rest]以来となるAndrew Chalkがポストプロダクションを務めた作品であり、イーノの[Discreet Music]、[Thursday Afternoon]にも通じる彼の最もアンビエントな側面を切り取った文句無しに美しい一枚。6枚のコラージュ画がプリントされた6パネルデジスリーヴ仕様。

Finally available! Glass-mastered CD inside a 6-panel digipak. Reverse-board print of 6 collages by øjeRum, with a 7th collage printed on disc. Inner spines and inside of CD pocket printed black. Openly hides 2 poems by øjeRum.

«This is meant to be a soothing and pleasant piece that can wrap the listener in a blanket of sound. It’s definitely my most ambient release yet and I wanted it to sound like a ‹classic› ambient record in the vein of Eno (I’m thinking particularly about his long-form early pieces like ‹Thursday Afternoon›, ‹Discreet Music› and ‹Neroli›), just with a bit more edge. Like these works it’s meant to be able to function as background music while still being interesting when paying attention – ‹as ignorable as it is interesting› as Eno put it.»
