内容、パッケージデザイン共に激ヤバです!!サウンドポエトリー・マガジンVOXXXシリーズの第3弾!!90年代よりパリから非常に濃いアート物件を発信し続ける老舗レーベルErratumとバルセロナのSonhorasが共同でスタートした、美麗パッケージ出版の音響詩シリーズ。第三弾はバルセロナを拠点に20年以上に渡り詩と実験音楽を探求、並行して反復にフォーカスした詩のアクション演奏を継続してきたカタルーニャのサウンドポエトリー作家Eduard Escoffet。デメトリオ・ストラトス、カルレス・サントス、ジョアン・ラ・バーバラ、 ベルナール・ハイドシェックといった重鎮勢からのインスピレーションで完成させた、純粋な声と身体の音声実験。ジャケットは豪華な活版印刷仕様、イエロー・ヴァイナル。





This is the third release of the VOXXX series, a sound poetry magazine with 4 LP releases each year. A manifestation of poetry and voice, sound poetry and vocal art. Eduard Escoffet is a Catalan sound poet. Born in Barcelona, for more than 20 years he has been touring all over Europe and America in poetry and experimental music festivals performing his delicate yet precise and sensual poetry actions layered with repetitive patterns rooted both in techno culture and classic sound poetry. He has also organised different poetry festivals from the 1990s (PROPOSTA, Barcelona Poesia, ReVox and Poesia i +, among others).
Bastida is his first solo LP. Recorded mostly during 2021, it includes vocal experiments and improvisations shaping a language landscape where voice and body meet sound poetry through the mouth, all inspired by some of his masters: Demetrio Stratos, Carles Santos, bp nichol, Joan La Barbara and Bernard Heidsieck.
